Alon USA Energy, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to refine and market petroleum products primarily in the South Central, Southwestern and Western regions of the United States. As of December 31, 2008, it operated 306 convenience stores in Central and West Texas and New Mexico, primarily under the 7-Eleven and FINA brand names. In 2008, it acquired a refinery in Krotz Springs, Louisiana through the acquisition of Valero Refining Company.
