National Retail Properties, Inc. Formerly known as Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc. The Group's principal activity is that of a fully integrated, self-administered real estate investment trust. On 02-May-2005, the Group acquired 78.9% in Orange Avenue Mortgage Investments, Inc and on 16-Jun-2005, National Properties Corporation.
