On 01-Aug-2008, it entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement ,whereby it agreed to sell all of the issued and outstanding stock of certain of its subsidiaries, including Sierra Medical Management , Sierra Primary Care Medical Group, Antelope Valley Medical Associates, Inc.
