It is expanding the automotive security or access control product offerings to include hood latches, trunk or liftgate latches, door latches, door handles, and vehicle access modules that contain some or all of these components. The customers include General Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company and Daimler Chrysler Corporation. On 12-Feb-2009, the Group acquired Asian portion.
