US Airways Group, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is the operation of a network air carrier through its wholly owned subsidiaries, US Airways, Piedmont Airlines Inc, PSA Airlines Inc, Material Services Company Inc, and Airways Assurance Ltd. The flight equipment of all these carriers is combined to form one fleet that is deployed through a single route scheduling system.
