The services are offered through telephone banking, branch network, online banking, automated banking machines (ABMs) and co-branded retail electronic banking. World Markets provides a wide range of credit, capital markets, investment banking, merchant banking and research products and services to government, institutional, corporate and retail clients. The other services offered include branch-based advice, brokerage, private wealth management and online brokerage. In January 2008, the Group sold its United States based investment banking, leveraged finance, equities and related debt capital markets businesses and its Israeli investment banking and equities businesses.
