Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market infrastructure products and engineered construction solutions for customers. It specializes in high density polyethylene and corrugated steel pipe products for drainage and bridge applications, and water management systems. The Group operates through three segments: Armtec division, Con-Force division and Durisol division. The Armtec division manufactures drainage products and engineered solutions for infrastructure applications. The Durisol division designs and manufactures highway noise barriers and related infrastructure products. In 2008, the Group completed the acquisition of Bruce, Durisol, AE Concrete, Brooklin, Boucher, CFCP, a subsidiary of Burnco Rock Products Limited and Oxford.
