Investment management services are provided by Northern Venture Managers Ltd for a fee payable quarterly in advance, at the rate of 2.0% of gross assets less current liabilities, calculated at half-yearly intervals as at 30 April and 31 October. The agreement is terminable by either party at any time by not less than twelve months' notice.
