AAON, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to engineer, manufacture and market air conditioners and heating equipment. It operates in two operating segments: domestic and foreign operating segment. The domestic operating segment includes the operations of AAON, Inc. and AAON Coil Products, Inc. The foreign operating segment includes the operations of AAON Canada and AAON Properties. The products include commercial rooftop air-conditioners, heat recovery equipment, air-conditioning coils and air handling and condensing units. Some of the rooftop products include the RK series, RF series, RL series and HA series. It also markets commercial water chillers. The products are used in the commercial and industrial new construction and replacement markets. The major customer is Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Its operations are conducted mainly in the United States through its subsidiaries AAON Inc, an Oklahoma corporation and AAON Coil Products Inc, a Texas corporation.
