ASI Technology Corporation. The Company's principal activity is the development of advanced patented technologies. It has two reportable segments Specialty Finance and Technology Development. Specialty Finance activities involves in making real estate loans and corporate and other loans. Real estate segment are generally receivables over a term of up to one year with varying interest rates. Technology Development segment which involves in research and development of new product and technology. This segment also includes Plasma sterilization, Decontamination technology and Plasma sound reduction. Plasma sterilization and Decontamination technology employs resistive electrodes to efficiently produce high volumes of atmospheric pressure. Plasma sound reduction technology employs patented techniques to modulate the plasma in a jet engine to reduce noise. The Company operates in the United States of America.
