ATC Healthcare, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide medical supplemental staffing services to health care facilities. The Group offers qualified health care associates in over 50 job categories. These health care associates range from the highest level of specialty nurse including critical care, neonatal, labor and delivery. At 28-Feb-2007, the Group had 52 offices of supplemental staffing to health care facilities in 31 states. It markets its supplemental staffing services through service trademark and ATC(R) logo. On 12-June-2006, completed the acquisition of certain assets of Critical Nursing Solutions, inc.
