Business Description
Aehr Test Systems. The Group's principal activities are to design, develop and manufacture test and burn-in equipment used in the semiconductor industry. It manufactures and sells systems which are designed to reduce the cost of testing flash, dynamic random access memory (DRAM) and other memory devices and to perform reliability screening or burn-in of complex logic and memory devices. These systems can be used to simultaneously perform parallel testing and burn-in of packaged integrated circuits (ICs) singulated bare die or ICs still in wafer form. The Group's principal products are the Advanced Burn-In and Test System, the FOX full wafer contact system, the MAX burn-in system, the MTX massively parallel test system, the DiePak carrier and test fixtures.
