Business Description
Aetrium Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and market a variety of electromechanical equipments. The products are used in handling and testing of semiconductor and passive electronic devices, such as integrated circuits or ICs, and discrete electronic components. Its customers are semiconductor manufacturers and their assembly and test subcontractors. The Group has two principal equipment product lines: Test handler products and Reliability test equipment. Test handler product line facilitate automated handling of ICs and discrete electronic components during production test cycles. This product line also offers change kits that enhance performance of installed equipment. Reliability test equipment product line provides structural performance data in evaluation and improvement of IC designs and manufacturing process.
