Affirmative Insurance Holdings, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to underwrite, service and distribute non-standard automobile insurance policies and related products and services. It offers its products and services to individual consumers in 10 states, including Texas, Illinois, California and Florida. On 31-Jan-2008, the Group acquired U.S.A. agencies Inc.
