Anadolu Efes Biracilik Ve Malt Sanayi AS. The Group's principal activities are the production and distribution of malt and beer and bottling of soft drinks under the Coca Cola trademark for the domestic and international markets. The Group operates in two main segments : Beer and Soft Drinks . Efes Beer Group produces and markets beer and malt, operating 15 breweries, five malteries and one hop processing facility across five countries. It conducts its soft drink operations through Efes Soft Drinks Group, which has 10 bottling plants in six countries. Its international beer and non-alcoholic drinks operations are carried out by its subsidiaries, Efes Breweries International N.V., Coca-Cola Bottlers Ltd. and Coca-Cola Icecek A.S. The Group operates in Turkey, Russia, the CIS countries, South Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In October 2008, the Group acquired Dinal.
