Business Description
Anixter International Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are to distribute data, voice and video network communication products used by corporations to support their operations. It also distributes specialty wire and cable products to equipment manufacturers and to industrial companies for maintenance and repair operations and provides contractual supply chain management solutions. Its also distributes 'C' Class inventory components includes screws, bolts, nuts, washers, pins, rings, fittings, springs, electrical connectors and similar small parts. The Group sell over 350,000 products to over 95,000 active customers. The Group's network of warehouses and sales offices consists of 137 locations in the United States, 19 in Canada, 41 in the United Kingdom, 35 in Continental Europe, 14 in Latin America, 17 in Asia, 4 in Australia and 4 in New Zealand.
