Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to license medical software, which acquires data and analyzes electrical impulses of the heart to detect and aid in the treatment of potentially lethal arrhythmias. The Group's wholly owned subsidiary, Micron Products, Inc., manufactures silver plated and non-silver plated conductive resin sensors. These sensors are used in the manufacture of disposable integrated electrodes which are a part of electrocardiographic diagnostic and monitoring instruments. The Group through Micron distributes metal snap fasteners used in the manufacture of disposable electrodes. It operates in the United States, Canada, Europe and Pacific Rim.
