Business Description
Aspen Exploration Corporation. The Group's principal activities are exploring and developing oil and gas properties in California and Montana. The major emphasis is on its participation in the oil and gas segment, acquiring interests in oil and gas producing properties and participating in drilling operations. The Group also acts as operator for a number of our producing wells and receives management fees for these services. The Group currently operates 63 gas wells and has non-operating interests in 33 additional gas wells. The principal products include crude oil and natural gas which are generally sold to various entities, including pipeline companies. The major customers include Calpine Corporation and Enserco Energy, Inc.
