Business Description
Buckeye GP Holdings L.P.. The Group's principal activity is transporting, terminalling and storing petroleum products in the United States for major integrated oil companies, large refined products marketing companies and major-end users of petroleum products on a fee basis. The Group operates through five segments: Pipeline Operations, Terminalling and Storage, Natural Gas Storage, Energy Services, and Other Operations. The Group has independent refined petroleum products pipeline systems in the United States with approximately 5,400 miles of pipeline and 64 active products terminal that provide aggregate storage capacity of approximately 24.7 million barrels. It also operates and maintains approximately 2,400 miles of pipeline under agreements with major oil and chemical companies.
