Capsource Financial, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are selling and leasing fleet of over the road truck trailers and related equipment. It operates through three subsidiaries: Rentas y Remolques de Mexico SA de CV (REMEX), Remolques y Sistemas Aliados de Transportacion SA de CV (RESALTA) and CapSource Equipment Company Inc (CECO). Through REMEX, it own and manage a lease/rental fleet of over-the-road truck trailers and related equipment. Lease/rental fleet consists primarily of dry vans, flat beds and trailer dollies. RESALTA has the exclusive rights to sell Hyundai truck trailers and related equipment in Mexico. CECO is the authorized Hyundai trailer dealer for California and Texas.
