Chembio Diagnostics, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to develop and manufacture rapid tests to aid in the detection of infectious diseases. The majority of revenues are generated through contract manufacture of private label pregnancy tests for regional pharmacies, drug stores and mass merchants in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Central America. The main products that are marketed and that are commercially available are three HIV Rapid Tests. The three HIV Rapid Tests are Sure CheckT82; HIV and HIV 1/2 Stat-Pak and HIV 1/2 Stat-Pak Dipstick. The products are sold to medical laboratories and hospitals, governmental and public health entities, non-governmental organizations, and medical professionals.
