Cousins Properties, Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are that of a real estate investment trust. It is an Atlanta-based, fully integrated, self administered equity REIT with real estate services including the acquisition, financing, development, management and leasing of properties. It operates through five divisions: Office/Multi-Family, Retail, Land, Industrial and Corporate.
