Business Description
Dcp Midstream Partners, L P. The Group's principal activities are operating, acquiring and developing a diversified portfolio of complementary midstream energy assets. It is organized into three reporting segments: Natural Gas Services, Wholesale Propane Logistics and NGL Logistics. The Natural Gas Services segment consists of the North Louisiana system assets, an integrated gas gathering, compression, treating, processing, and transportation system located in northern Louisiana and southern Arkansas and the PELICO intrastate natural gas gathering and transportation pipeline. The WPL engaged in all wholesale propane logistics services. The NGL Logistics segment consists of the Sea breeze NGL transportation pipeline located along the Gulf Coast area of south eastern Texas and a 45 % interest in the Black Lake FERC-regulated interstate NGL pipeline located in northern Louisiana and south eastern Texas.
