Ecology and Environment, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide broad based environmental consulting and testing services. The Group provides professional services worldwide to enable sustainable economic and human development with minimum negative impact on the environment. It operates through three segments: Consulting services, Analytical Laboratory services and Aquaculture. Consulting services provides environmental audits and impact assessments, terrestrial, aquatic and marine surveys, air quality management and air toxics pollution control, environmental engineering, noise pollution evaluations and infrastructure planning and other related services. Analytical Laboratory services provides analytical testing services to industrial and governmental clients for the analysis of waste, soil and sediment samples. Aquaculture produces and markets shrimp and tilapia in Costa Rica. The Group operates in United States and other countries.
