Business Description
eGain Communications Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to provide customer service and Internet based eService software to call centers. It provides multichannel customer service and knowledge management software for in-house or on-demand. The eGain Service includes applications for knowledge management, self-service, email management and Web collaboration. The software suite enables online customers to communicate through each of the three primary eService channels: email, real-time and self-service and provides software maintenance and support, training and system implementation consulting. The software applications are deployed either as a licensed application installed on servers at the customer location or as a hosted application service maintained and operated by the Group's hosted operations.
