Express-1 Expedited Solutions, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is providing transportation and logistics services. It operates under three business segments: Express-1, Concert Group Logistics and Bounce Logistics. Express-1 segment provides expedited transportation services throughout the United States, parts of Canada and Mexico. Concert Group Logistics provides domestic and international freight forwarding services through a network of independently owned stations. Bounce Logistics provides freight brokerage services targeted at shipments needing a greater degree of customer service. The Group also operates a 24-hour, seven-days a week call center allowing the clients to know the immediate status of shipments in transit. During 2008, the Group discontinued its Express-1 Dedicated business unit.
