The Group's principal activities are developing, manufacturing and marketing specialty chemicals and chemical dispensers, which slow down the evaporation of water. It's products are HEAT$avr. ECO$avr and WATER$avr. The HEAT$avr is used in swimming pools and spas that form a thin, invisible layer on the surface of water which reduces the amount of water evaporation and heat loss from the pool. The Heatsavr is marketed to residential market primarily in the form of Tropical Fish dispenser. The ECO$avr is a patented, disposable dispenser designed for the residential pool and spa market. This product utilizes our HEAT$AVR technology to reduce water evaporation in reservoirs, potable water storage tanks, livestock watering ponds, aqueducts, canals and irrigation ditches. WATER$AVR may also be used for lawn and turf care and potted and bedding plants. The Products are marketed in the United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Spain and Great Britain and Australia.
