Forward Industries, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are designing, manufacturing and marketing customized soft-sided carrying cases made from leather, nylon, vinyl and other synthetic fabrics. The products are utilized for transporting portable electronic products such as cellular telephones, blood glucose monitoring kits, cameras and other consumer hand held electronic devices. The Group operates primarily in the United States, Europe and Asia.
