Business Description
Gladstone Commercial Corporation. The Group's principal activity is that of a real estate investment trust. It invests and owns net leased industrial and commercial real property and makes industrial and commercial mortgage loans. It is a real estate investment trust also provides long-term industrial and commercial mortgage loans. The Group conducts its activities through Gladstone Commercial Limited Partnership, who owns all of its properties either directly or indirectly. It has qualified for approval as an Investment trust and as an Investment company as defined by Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. It controls its Operating Partnership through its wholly owned subsidiary Gladstone Commercial Partners, LLC, which serves as general partner of its Operating Partnership. It also owns all limited partnership units of its Operating Partnership.
