Business Description
W.R. Grace & Co. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and sell specialty chemicals and materials. The Group operates through two segments namely, Grace Davison and Grace Performance Chemicals. The Grace Davison segment manufactures and supplies catalysts and silica-based products, which include Cracking catalysts and additives used by petroleum refineries, Hydro processing catalysts that upgrade heavy oils and Polyolefin catalysts. The Grace Performance chemicals segment manufactures specialty construction chemicals, building materials and container protection products. The Group operates in North America, Europe, Canada & Puerto Rico, Latin America and Asia Pacific. The Davison Chemicals operates in 40 facilities and Performance Chemicals operates in 55 facilities.
