Grubb & Ellis Company. The Group's principal activity is to provide services to real estate owners or investors and tenants. The services provided by the Group include transaction services involving leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and property and facilities management services. It operates in three Segments: Transaction Services, Management Services & Investment Management. The Transaction Services Segment advises buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants on the sale, leasing and valuation of commercial property and includes the Company's national accounts groups and national affiliate program operations. The Management Services Segment provides property management and related services for owners of investment properties and facilities management services for corporate owners and occupiers. The Investment Management provides acquisition, financing and disposition services. The Group operates in the United States, Bermuda, Sweden, Korea, Brazil, Mexico and Canada.
