The Group's principal activity is to design, develop, market, sell and support web-based, management information and business intelligence services, through its wholly owned subsidiary Healthcare Quality Solutions Inc. These services help home health care companies to manage the clinical, operational and financial aspects of their business. PPS Advantage(TM) is the product of the Group. As of December 31, 2006, we had approximately 310 customers in 44 states with approximately 470 sites. In 2006 there were about 9,000 Medicare certified home health agencies nationally.
