Hugoton Royalty Trust. The Group's principal activity is to hold interest in natural gas producing working interest properties owned by XTO Energy Inc. These interests entitle the trust to receive 80% of net proceeds from the sale of oil and gas from the underlying properties. The properties are located in Kansas, Oklahoma and Wyoming. The Group is an express trust created under the laws of Texas. The Group has properties in the Hugoton Area, Anadarko Basin and Green River Basin. The Group operates throughout United States.
