Business Description
InMedica Development Corporation. The Group's principal activities is to develop and sale of medical technology. It develops and markets portable electrocardiograph (ECG) monitor. Other activity is to research and develop a device to measure hematocrit technology. The hematocrit is the percentage of red blood cells in a given volume of blood. It entered into a Development, Licensing and Manufacturing agreement with Chi Lin pursuant to which InMedica granted Chi Lin a worldwide license to develop and manufacture products based on the hematocrit technology. The Group operates throughout the United States. On 12-Dec-2008, the Group acquired ValuMobile, LLC.
