Business Description
International Assets Holding Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to focus on international securities. It operates through five segments: Commodities Trading, International Equities Market-making, Foreign Exchange Trading, International Debt Capital Markets and Asset management. Commodities Trading segment provides a full range of precious metals trading and hedging capabilities. International Equities Market-making segment provides execution services and liquidity to national broker-dealers, regional broker-dealers and institutional investors. Foreign Exchange Trading segment trades select, illiquid currencies of developing countries. International Debt Capital Markets segment trades and invests in international bonds, including both investment grade and higher-yielding emerging market bonds. Asset Management segment is operated through INTL Consilium, a joint venture organized by the Group and an unaffiliated third party. It operates in the United States and other countries.
