Business Description
International Bancshares Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to provide commercial and retail banking services in South, Central and Southeast Texas and the State of Oklahoma. The Group accepts demand and time deposits from individuals, partnerships, corporations and public entities. The loans offered include commercial, real estate, personal, home improvement, automobile and other installment and term loans. The Group's international banking business provides letters of credit, commercial and industrial loans and a nominal amount of currency exchange. It also offers credit cards, travelers checks, safety deposit, collection, notary public, escrow, drive-up and walk-up facilities and other customary banking services. The operations are conducted through 420 ATMs with 265 facilities serving 101 communities in Texas and Oklahoma.
