K-Sea Transportation Partners LP. The Group's principal activities are to provide refined petroleum products transportation, distribution and logistics services. The Group operates 71 tank barges, 1 tankers and 58 tugboats, which serve oil companies, oil traders and refiners. The customers of the Group are ExxonMobil, Conoco Philips, Rio Energy, Chevron and BP. On 14-Aug-2007, the Group acquired Smith Maritime, Go Big and Sirius Maritime.
