Business Description
Law Enforcement Associates Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and provide surveillance and intelligence gathering products and vehicle inspection equipment. The products are marketed under brand names such as the Bloodhound Global Positioning Tracking System (BGPTS) and the Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS). The BGPTS is a global positioning system receiver combined with a cellular telephone that allows undercover surveillance agents to monitor the movements of a vehicle. The UVIS is used to view the underside of vehicles entering and exiting secure areas or facilities for explosive devices and other contraband. The products are sold primarily to military, law enforcement, security and corrections personnel throughout the world, as well as governmental agencies and other organizations.
