Business Description
Magellan Midstream Holdings, L.P.. The Group's principal activities are to provide transportation, storage and distribution of refined petroleum products. The Group's assets consisted of an 8,700-mile petroleum products pipeline system and covers a 13-state area, including 49 petroleum products terminals, serving the mid-continent region of the United States, referred to as the petroleum products pipeline system; seven petroleum products terminal facilities located along the United States Gulf and East Coast, referred to as marine terminal facilities; 27 petroleum products terminals located principally in the southeastern United States, referred to as inland terminals, and an 1,100-mile ammonia pipeline system serving the mid-continent region of the United States. On December 2008, the Group acquired our general partner.
