Business Description
N-Viro International Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to own and license the N-Viro Processes, patented technologies to treat and recycle wastewater and other bio-organic wastes utilizing certain alkaline and mineral by-products produced by the cement, lime, electric utilities and other industries. It operates in four segments: Management Operations provides employee and management services to operate the Toledo Ohio Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Daytona/Volusia County Florida Treatment Facility. Other Domestic Operations includes sales of territory or site licenses and royalty fees to use N-Viro technology in the United States. Foreign Operations includes sale of territory or site licenses and royalty fees to use N-Viro technology in foreign operations. Research and Development, the Group contracts with Federal and State agencies to perform or assist in research and development on the Group's technology.
