Business Description
Navarre Corporation. The Group's principal activity is publishing and distributing home entertainment and multimedia products including PC software, audio and video titles and interactive games. It operates through two segments. The Distribution services segment distribute and provide fulfillment services in connection with a variety of finished goods that are provided by the vendors, which include PC software and video game publishers and developers, independent and major music labels, and independent and major motion picture studios. The Publishing segment own or license various PC software, CD audio and DVD video titles, and it package, brand, market and sell directly to retailers, third party distributors. The major customers include Best Buy Co., Inc. and Sam's Clubs. The products are distributed in the United States and Canada.
