Business Description
Navistar International Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to manufacture trucks, buses and diesel engines. It operates through four segments: Truck, Engine, Parts and Financial Services. The Engine segment designs and manufactures diesel engines for use in the Group's Class 6 and 7 medium trucks, school buses and selected class 8 heavy truck models. This segment also sells engines for industrial, agricultural and marine applications. The Financial Services segment provides retail, wholesale and lease financing of products sold by the truck segment and its dealers within the United States. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
