Business Description
New England Realty Associates L P. The Group's principal activity is to acquire, develop, operate and sale of real estate. The operations of the group are though its 22 subsidiary limited partnerships or a limited liability company, which owns and operates various residential apartment buildings, condominium units and commercial properties located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. On 02-Feb-2009 the Group owned 2,269 residential apartment units in 19 residential and mixed-use complexes. The Partnership also owns 19 condominium units in a residential condominium complex, all of which are leased to residential tenants (collectively referred to as the "Condominium Units").
