Business Description
Northwest Pipe Company. The Group's principal activity is to manufacturer large-diameter, high-pressure steel pipeline systems for use in water infrastructure applications, primarily related to drinking water systems. The Group operates through two segments: Water Transmission and Tubular Products. The Water Transmission segment manufactures and markets large diameter, high-pressure steel pipe used primarily for water transmission. The Tubular Product segment manufactures and markets smaller diameter, electric resistance welded steel pipe for use in a wide range of applications, including construction, agricultural, industrial, energy and traffic signpost systems. The Group's products are marketed through direct sales personnel, installation contractor and independent distributors throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
