Business Description
O'Charley's Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to own and operate full-service restaurant facilities. Its restaurants are casual dining restaurants that cater to mainstream casual dining customers as well as upscale casual dining and value-oriented customers. As of 31-Mar-2007 the Group operates 241 restaurants in 16 states in the Southeast and Midwest regions, four franchised in Michigan, two franchised in Ohio and Iowa, three joint venture in Louisiana, 114 restaurants in seven Northeastern states, and ten Stoney River restaurants in the Southeast and Midwest. The Group also operates a commissary, which services its restaurants and sells food products and supplies to retail grocery chains, mass merchandisers and wholesales clubs. The Group operates solely in the domestic market.
