Business Description Oakley, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and distribute premium sunglasses, goggles and prescription eyewear. Its optics brand portfolio includes Dragon, Fox Racing, Mosley Tribes, Oliver Peoples and Paul Smith Spectacles. The activities are carried out through two segments: Wholesale and U.S. Retail. The Wholesale segment consists of the design, manufacture and distribution of the products to wholesale customers in the U.S. and internationally. The U.S. Retail segment includes the operations of company-owned specialty retail stores located across the United States and its territories and in the Ontario province of Canada and the e-commerce and telesales business. The Group also offers an array of apparel, footwear, watches and accessories. It's trademarks include Aspentm, X Metal(R) and XYZ Optics(R). During February 2006, it acquired Oliver Peoples Inc.
