Oil-Dri Corporation of America. The Group's principal activities are developing, manufacturing and marketing sorbent products and related services. The Group provides these products and services to consumer, specialty, crop production, horticultural, industrial and automotive markets. The Group operates through two segments: The Retail and Wholesale Products Group and the Business to Business Products Group. In Retail and Wholesale Products Group routinely commit to one-time or on-going trade promotion programs. Business to Business segment, it sells clay granules which are used by agricultural chemical formulators as carriers for crop protection chemicals, including herbicides, fungicides and insecticides.
