Business Description
P & F Industries, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and import of air-powered tools, hydraulic cylinders, and various heating products, as well as door, window and fencing hardware. It operates in two segments: Hardware and Tools and Other Products. The Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Florida Pneumatic Manufacturing Corporation imports, manufactures and sells pneumatic hand tools, primarily for the industrial, retail and automotive markets, and the importation and sale of compressor air filters. It also markets line of pipe cutting and threading tools, wrenches and replacement electrical components for a widely-used brand of pipe cutting and threading machines. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Embassy Industries, Inc manufactures and sells baseboard heating products and the importation and sale of radiant heating systems. The Group operates in the United States. On 14-Feb-2007, the Group acquired Hy-Tech Machine Inc.
