Business Description
Puget Energy, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are transmission, distribution and generation of electricity and natural gas transmission and distribution. The Group operates through its subsidiaries, Puget Sound Energy Inc (PSE), a utility company and Infrastrux Group Inc, a construction and services company. Through its utility company, the Group furnishes electric and gas service in a territory covering 6,000 square miles, primarily in the State of Washington. As of 31-Dec-2008 PSE had 1,069,400 electric customers. These services are provided to residential, commercial, industrial and transportation customers. The Group provides infrastructure construction services to the electric and gas utility industries through its construction services company.
