Servotronics, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are designing, manufacturing and marketing advanced technology products in the United States. These products include control components and consumer products consisting of knives and various types of cutlery. It operates in two business segments: the Advanced Technology and the Consumer Products. The Advanced Technology segment designs, manufactures and markets servo-control components for government and commercial applications. The servo-control components include torque motors, electromagnetic actuators, proportional solenoids, hydraulic valves, pneumatic valves and similar devices. The Consumer Products segment designs, manufactures and markets a variety of cutlery products for use by consumers and government agencies. These products include a wide range of kitchen knives for household use and for use in restaurants, institutions and private industry. The products are sold under the brand names of Old Hickory and Queen.
